ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically via www.probesynthesis.com.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL TERMS
4.1. Buyer confirms that they have been informed about the product/service details, price, payment, and delivery on www.probesynthesis.com and placed the order accordingly.
4.2. Seller commits to delivering the product/service in full and in compliance with specifications.
4.3. Delivery time may vary depending on stock and nature of the product but will not exceed 30 days.
4.4. Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or shipping companies.
4.5. For digital products or custom-made services, the right of withdrawal may not apply (see Article 6).

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT AND INVOICING
5.1. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment systems.
5.2. After confirmation, an e-invoice will be sent to the Buyer’s email address.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason.
6.2. However, digital services, custom production, and data synthesis services are not eligible for return or withdrawal.
6.3. Requests must be made in writing to info@probesynthesis.com.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Seller shall protect personal data in compliance with local data protection laws and only use it for legitimate business or legal purposes. (See Privacy Policy for details.)

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Seller’s location shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 9 – ENFORCEMENT
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
